Role: Engineer/Senior Engineer, Operations and Maintenance Air Separation Unit (ASU) Plant
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and control the process parameters of the plant and power generators for optimum productivity.
- Responsible for shift schedule management including workstation assignment, employee training, employee vacation, break, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Responsible for quality control, adjusting as necessary during a shift to produce product within specification.
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in EEE, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a well-known university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role (starting grade will be higher for experienced candidates).
