Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sustainability projects across the organization.
- Identify new opportunities for partnership for Daraz brands and company in Bangladesh.
- Assess government priority areas and develop long term sustainable strategy for Daraz Bangladesh.
- Strategize, design, and roll out corporate social responsibilities programs that deliver social impact while aligning with core business strategies, CSR Policy and identified thematic SDGs.
- Create platforms for employees to participate in Sustainability projects.
- Assist Brand teams to evaluate and implement projects to achieve Brand’s Social Purpose.
- Manage relationships- work with existing partners, build relationships with new partners and stakeholders like government departments, non-profits, social enterprises etc.
- Ensure end to end ownership of program management- ability to initiate, deal with different stakeholders and problem-solving ability.
- Complete project closing reports by validating project works.
- Develop quarterly sustainability reports for the management and board.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university .
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant fields. (working experience in corporate social responsibilities and sustainable development)
