Job Responsibilities:

Acts as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children.

Demonstrates a personal commitment to serve, respect, and empower the local partner according to principles outlined in Compassion’s ministry philosophies.

Facilitates partnerships with local partners to collaboratively reflect on youth and partner outcomes and plan for how to best grow in capacity and maturity.

Facilitates the development and implementation of partner-owned strategies that build on each partner's strengths to engage the participation of parents and caregivers, children and youth in all aspects of the organization, including program design, local resource mobilization, decision making, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferably Bachelor of Social Science, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work; Masters of Social Science.

Three years of relevant experience are required working in this or a related field.
