Role: Project Officer - Inclusion
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and advice on IFES Bangladesh inclusion programming areas.
- Provide substantive inputs to project concept notes, agendas, curricula and other areas related to inclusion programming.
- Coordinate IFES’ programming related to building women’s leadership and minority and disability inclusion.
- Support the implementation of activities, based on approved work plan (s), budgeting, and other relevant frameworks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in political science, law, international relations; or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or a combination of relevant work experience;
- Demonstrated professional experience and knowledge on issues of democracy and governance in Bangladesh required.
- Prior experience with international organizations is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with disability/gender/minority rights is strongly preferred.
