Role: Sales Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping internal users merge records through the established processes after manually performing necessary checks and verifications. 
  • Assigning the correct Salesforce record to the correct users based on both one-off support requests and bulk requests on Microsoft Excel. 
  • Researching and updating key data points on accounts and leads off Excel-based data sets using various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and the company websites. 
  • Actively aiding the deduplication efforts in order to keep the database clean and functional by manually verifying each record both on internal Salesforce CRM and external platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 
  • Ability to follow up with stakeholders to expedite dependencies.
  •  6 to 12 months of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred but not strictly necessary.  
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
