Name of the Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, maintaining marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs to prepare reports accordingly.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance.
- Plan and execute experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners when required.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and also evaluate emerging technologies.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or any other related field.
- At least 4 years proven working experience in the Marketing field.
- Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Facebook Analytics,
WebTrends) and working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and expertise with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Familiarity with setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Additionally, the incumbent should have:
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Executional and operational ability; ability to multitask.
- Team management skills, including both coaching and enforcement.
- Forward-thinking, strategic and data-driven mindset.
