Job Responsibilities:

Lead the administrative support for HR Events at the Head office premises in order to ensure smooth functions. Ability to deal with all high-level confidential information of the company and maintain integrity strictly towards the information.

Arrange medical appointments at home and abroad as required.

During the absences of high officials, it is needed to ensure a high level of service is maintained.

Ensure guests meeting with the management are well taken care of properly.
