Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent (social networking, on-campus recruitment, external/internal sources).
  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Research and identify future job requirements of the telecommunications industry and develop strategies to proactively engage with relevant external talent pools.
  • Map external talents with identified critical roles in the organization and find strategies to engage with senior talents in the market.
  • Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to proactively close positions with talents identified in succession pools and work as diversity champion to actively build a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Ensure end to end onboarding of Advance internship programs and collaborate closely with employer branding team to ensure both social media and physical presence in order to attract the most digital talents.
  • Develop strategies to engage with candidates pre-joining and ensure timely induction of all new joiners based on the approved induction plan.
  • Ensure all recruitment related information, budget, and analytics are updated and made available to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Perform health checks of recruitment files with the closure of all disambiguation items before handover to recruitment operations.
  • Prepare and execute plans for developing the capability development of hiring managers.
  • Actively build professional networks to attract talents externally.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business Administration from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements

  • 5 - 6 years of experience inclusive of at least 2 years proven experience in talent acquisition

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to influence others with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the market’s talent landscape.
  • Good knowledge of social media and networking.
  • Excellent reporting and analysis capability on recruitment KPIs.
  • Strong capability of stakeholder management.
  • Basic knowledge of Application Tracking Systems.
  • Good understanding of Salary Benchmarking and Fitment Analysis.
  • Good understanding of Job Descriptions/Profiles and their interpretation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali (i.e, verbal, written, listening).
