Job Responsibilities:
- Guide the team to prepare proposals, and presentations as per the request of the Sales and Marketing teams with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the customers.
- Lead the preparation and submission of bids/offers within the deadline with strict conformity of the rules and regulations of the concerned organizations.
- Guide the team to prepare process flow charts, diagrams, service descriptions, press releases, reports/invoices, project completion reports, letters, emails, etc.
- Guide the team members to prepare technical documents for IT-enabled services as per the requirements of the software engineers, architects, and system administrators.

Role-specific knowledge and experience:
- Honours/Masters with a major in Journalism, English, or Communications or Business Studies, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience required.
- Proven working experience in technical & business documentation and bid management in reputed organisations.
- Excellent command of English and professional writing skills. Candidates with an overall score of 7.0 (minimum) in IELTS or other similar international tests will get preference.
