Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the project strategy for private sector engagement in collaboration with home office staff, the project team, and the Government of Bangladesh.
- Identify existing organizations or institutions that can serve as venues for contacting and engaging potential private sector or civil society actors.
- Identify possible partners and areas for collaboration and cooperation.
- Work with private sector partners to identify and facilitate ways in which they can support Shobai Miley Shikhi programming and inclusive education in Bangladesh.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years or a Master’s degree plus 6 years experience in the communications and business development/fundraising industry.
- Five years experience designing and successfully implementing communication strategies and media outreach events.
