Name of the Position: Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve rental issues, follow-up and supervise Hub Office relocation procedure.
- Plan, control, supervise and develop the overall management of current and upcoming administrative, housekeeping, security and logistics issues.
- Ensure timely settlement of monthly utility bills and generate relevant reports.
- Prepare and maintain quarterly and monthly admin budget, fund request and project-based accounts settlement in a timely manner.
- Ensure keeping track of company assets, furniture fixtures and IT equipment.
- Process all kinds of departmental payment by keeping track of transactions and relevant sets of supporting documents.
- Ensure effective guest and travel management and administer best possible services to visitors.
- Ensure corporate SIM, visiting cards and ID cards for officials.
- Train and motivate support staff on a regular basis to ensure a safe and clean workplace complying with all safety standards.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline.
- At Least 4 years of experience in administrative operations.
- Experience in administrative paperwork and operating standard Microsoft and G-suit modules.
- Proven knowledge of managing internal and external administrative stakeholder relations directly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel outside of Dhaka on a regular basis.
