Name of the Position: Center Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan programs and campaigns involving deadlines, milestones, and processes in support of the EMK Center strategy driven by U.S. Embassy Dhaka’s mission goals and priorities of the Office of the American Spaces for furthering public diplomacy in Bangladesh.
- Initiate and set goals for public diplomacy programs according to the strategic objectives of the EMK Center.
- Liaison with the Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy, Dhaka for day-to-day operations and programs. Develop budgets and operations.
- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.

Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- Post-graduation or equivalent academic qualifications; candidates with U.S. degrees (undergraduate and/or graduate degrees) are preferred.
- At least two to three years of experience in a managerial position.
- Basic understanding of public diplomacy programs and outreach to youth audiences.
