Role: Technical Coordinator - Market Facilitation
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts and identify potential sectors (formal and informal) for better employment of women workers.
- Capacity building of Staff, Project Participants and Stakeholders
- Facilitate the job fair and placement, Liaisons and linkages with Service Provider, GoB and Other stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Result Measurement (MRM) and knowledge management.
- Contribution in planning and coordination with other projects.
- Adhere to and support CARE Bangladesh’s Safety and Security policy and systems.
- Safeguarding.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s in economics, Business Development or in any discipline from a reputed university if accompanied by excellent relevant experience.
- 5 to 6 years of working experience in the relevant fields.
