Role: Enterprise Sales Planning and Performance Governance Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate as and when required for alignment and guiding of Sales KPI data validation and reporting parameters; ensure accurate and timely report submissions and cascading of individual and/or segment targets for respective teams.
- Communicate as and when required to provide emergency support on SIM activation, credit limit change, roaming activation, etc., through following-up with the relevant team to ensure deliverables.
- Communicate frequently for clarification of Sales Achievement data and provide KPI validation parameters; Address any discrepancies with justification.
- Support B2B Performance Strategy development by designing daily and long-term (TBD) plans for B2B Business all over Bangladesh.
