Job Responsibilities:

Checking the feasibility of new positions, replacement of existing employees, and recruitment of excellent employees in unavoidable cases to maintain the continuous progress of the organization.

Create guidelines for each position, Analyze the characteristics of new posts, create recruitment notices, and make the recruitment process simple, timely and efficient.

Create OKRs for each team, position, project, and employee, and monitor and evaluate employee performance, progress, and compensation.

To create and maintain a positive, productive, harmonious, and joyful work environment through employee training, counseling, and coaching.

Requirements:

Bachelor in Human Resource Management.
