- Maintain Staff database and staff personal files, leave management, payroll, retirement benefits, issued employment-related letters, performance management, and other administrative tasks of HR.
- Support for organizing Employee Engagement Initiatives and Employer Branding.
- Sourcing of resources and facilitating the recruitment process, starting from arranging approvals to onboarding, coordinating with hiring managers, etc.
- Support catering to the organization-wide training need, organize the training programs and create awareness among employees on learning.
