Vacancy Type: Education in Emergencies and Resilience Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, design, adapt and disseminate resilience materials including modules and guidelines for the targeted community of disaster-prone areas.
- Collaborate and network build with national to field level government departments to build a strong and sustained education system during and immediate after a disaster.
- Coordinate with the Esho Shikhi consortium to support the implementation of key program activities of resilience and education in emergency interventions for the Activity for diverse populations of marginalized communities in disaster-prone areas.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and report on all resilience and education in emergency activities on a timely basis.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Language Education/Bangla preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in education or social work, communications, social science; or equivalent experience.
- At least seven years experience in resilience and education in emergencies and community engagement
- Must have 3 years’ experience to implement education programs in partnership and collaboration with the government education department.
