Role: National Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to the Country Director with the view to coordinating resources mobilization, developing project documents and building the portfolio of labour migration interventions with different donors and the GoB (relevant ministries and institutions) as well as representatives of the social partners.
- Draft, coordinate and review technical inputs to office documents with regard to labour migration.
- Ensure effective implementation of the project.
- Guide and supervise the work of the project staff, in both administrative and technical aspects.

Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in development, economics, management, social science or a related field with demonstrated expertise in the subject area.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in managerial positions, including field experience in project management and implementation in the region. Familiarity with ILO standards, policies and procedures. Experience in working on labour migration and gender issues would be an advantage.
