Name of the Position: National Consultant to enhance capacity and develop management plans for IT teams of DIFE, FSCD, CDA and RAJUK to run the online services connected to BIDA-OSS
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant documents from RMGP and its partners, clarify TOR and prepare an inception report with a work plan and a timeline.
- Review key documents relevant to the assignment.
- Meet the relevant persons at DIFE, CDA, FSCD and RAJUK, conduct training, need assessment and prepare a training outline.
- Prepare training materials as per agreed training outline.

Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- The consultant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science & Engineering, Information Management or a relevant subject. Certification in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL), Cybersecurity (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CEH, etc) and/or IS/IT audit (e.g. CISA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in IT service management, cybersecurity and/or information system audit.
- Minimum 5 years experience in conducting training for adult audiences on information technology.
