Job Responsibilities:
As an FX market specialist, you will help Taptap Send solidify and accelerate our growth in Bangladesh. The role offers the chance to work for an early-stage, high-growth startup where you will have a direct impact on the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
Responsibilities:
- Research and advise on FX landscape in Bangladesh: regulations/central bank policies, market practices, key players.
- Source potential FX partners and negotiate rates daily.
- Understand and execute FX hedging products.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- 5+ years of experience in treasury or FX role and flexibility with multiple currencies (USD/BDT);
- Fluency in English and Bengali is a requirement -- any other local language an added advantage;
- ‘Right to work’ in Bangladesh and currently based in or willing to relocate to Dhaka.
