Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant field.

12 to 18 years of experience working in manufacturing sector’s HR in large organization(s) with due exposure in industrial relations dealing with CBA (Collective Bargaining Agent).

3 to 5 years of experience as people manager/team lead.

Passion to work with people in the manufacturing environment, with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience while maintaining good relations with Union(s).
