Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional leadership and advice on all HR matters for Bangladesh, with responsibility for country and UK appointed staff as well as contract consultants
- Lead and be accountable for the performance of the national HR team across Bangladesh.
- Ensure that all HR strategies, policies, and operations are aligned with corporate policy, local legal requirements, and market practice and that they support the operational delivery of all Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and support teams
- To ensure that the HR function is working as a strategic partner with businesses and helping them to achieve their business objectives.
- The role acts as strategic adviser/business partner to the country leadership team

- Minimum 10 (ten) years’ work experience in HR and 3 – 5 years in a similar role
- Strong HR generalist; well versed in all areas of the HR life cycle.
