Job Responsibilities:
- Establish an effective internal communication strategy with the aim of ensuring that all internal communication appropriately reflects the aspired organization's culture and values and influence employee engagement.
- Drive continuous pulse check initiatives and employee engagement surveys, coordinate the action planning across all functions, and ensure implementation of the action plans.
- Ensure that all internal communications are in sync with relevant external communication and fit into the overall communication strategy
- Actively drive the organizational process of implementing company values and vision and facilitate building and adherence to the corporate culture through effectively planned communications.

Required Qualification and Experience:
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field from any UGC-approved university.
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in corporate communications, internal communications, culture and values, employee engagement, or public relations.
