Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis.
- Work with other staff members to satisfy agency clients’ database marketing needs.
- Work closely with the email marketing team to support all data-related aspects of campaign execution.
- Work with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, proprietary databases, web-based interfaces.
- Basic understanding of the Marketing Concepts and terminologies.
- Willing to pursue a career in Online and Database Marketing.
- Prior experience in a similar domain will be an added advantage.

Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Analytical bent of mind and logical reasoning.
- Sound Working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Experience in a marketing campaign management role (Customer Relationship Programs, Digital marketing tools, and systems, Email Execution, Campaign Analytics).
- Complete comfort with MS – Office suite.
- Knowledge of lead scoring/ Lead Life Cycle.
- Understanding of campaign management life cycle and execution process flow.
- Provide the high value of service to clients.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts.
- Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing requirements and project directions.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
