Vacancy Type: HR Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department.

Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement and welfare activities.

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.

Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

Educational Requirements:

Master’s in any discipline from a reputed university.

Candidates having MBA in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:

8 – 10 years’ experience in human resource management.

Candidates having experience in the microfinance industry will get preference.
Age: 30 - 45 years
Job Location: Bogura
Salary:

Taka 50,000 – 70,000 per month.

Salary is negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
