Role: Front-End Developer (Mid-Senior level)
Job Responsibilities:
- Use markup languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create user-friendly web pages.
- Maintain and improve the website.
- Expertise in WordPress.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed.
- Design mobile-based features.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.
- Write functional requirement documents and guides.
- Create quality mockups and prototypes.
- Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
- Performance and scalability of code.
- Translation of designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code.
- Unit testing with Karma.
- Familiarity with API Creation and RESTful services.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Completed at least 30+ Relevant Projects (Especially projects that require Photoshop design to HTML/CSS coding)
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- Proven work experience with WordPress
- Hands-on experience with markup languages
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML CSS and CSS Framework:Bootstrap & Tailwind
- JS Framework (Plus point): React, VueJS, Angular
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Understanding of Mobile Optimization: Responsive Design and Speed Optimization
- Must have at least 3+ years of working experience on WordPress
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent collaboration
- Front-end integration with back-end
Location: Dhaka (Hybrid, mostly Remote)
Salary: Market Competitive and Negotiable (Depending on Qualification and Experience)
