Job Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and monitoring overall HR functions.
- To ensure employee attendance management and help leave the management process.
- To help the probation management process.
- To ensure a performance management process on time.
- To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
- To help the rewards and punishment process.
- To ensure employee counselling and motivation.
- To develop and implement KPI-based performance appraisal systems.
- Monitoring and developing performance appraisals throughout the year.
- Completing employee exit, clearance, and turnover management.
- Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
- Providing desk service and maintaining employee relations.
- Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure its disbursement.
- Any other duties as instructed by management.

Educational Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University
- PGDHRM will get preference
