Name of the Position: Biomedical Engineer (RISE)
Job Responsibilities:
- S/He will work with the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Hospital Administration, and other related health departments to:
- Review the specifications of the planned PSA plants and prepare a summary of operational needs at the health facility level.
- In coordination with other partners, visit the health facilities to establish relationships with hospital management, onsite technicians and maintenance staff and identify the need for capacity building.
- Prepare hospital-specific plans for ops and maintenance of oxygen plants and storage devices like PSA and Liquid Medical Oxygen.

Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/ Medical Technology/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university/ institution.
- PG Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management/ Biomedical Maintenance/M-Tech preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Medical Equipment especially oxygen plants in Govt. health organization or in any other large hospital.
