Job Responsibilities:

Develop or update USAID/Bangladesh’s Learning Agenda, ensuring regular monitoring, evaluation, and periodic update of the learning agenda and Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) plans.

Plan, coordinate and monitor regional learning events and workshops among implementing partners, USAID, USG agencies, and other stakeholders.

Facilitate coordination and collaboration among implementing partners and stakeholders focused on providing a learning environment to address project findings, capture lessons learned, and produce learning products.

Identify and analyze relevant development trends both inside and outside of USAID.

Requirements:

Master's degree in organizational learning, organizational behavior, public policy or administration, international relations, communications, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible, professional-level experience in organizational development, program/project development, or CLA.
