Role: Officer- Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes for new staff, including preparation of job advertisement and posting, reviewing applications, initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Conduct background and reference checks on short-listed candidates, providing feedback to the hiring manager(s) and Sr. Manager- HR.
- Ensure documentation for all recruitment processes is complete.
- Compile documentation for new hires, ensuring files are appropriately set up and configured.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, NGO. - Direct experience within an NGO/INGO is a plus.
