Vacancy Type: Junior Executive - Onboarding and Support (Full-time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, beginning to end.
- Set up customers’ new accounts.
- Educate new customers and show them how to use our products
- Help, solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.
- Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Collect feedback from the user and report it.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Respond to client queries and provide technical support.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- Degree in CSE/IT/MIS.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
