Vacancy Type: Executive Assistant to the Director
Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, maintaining calendars and interfacing with donors and partners.

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and partners.

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries and visa applications of senior officials.

Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as annual meetings, conferences, and staff appreciation events.
