Job Responsibilities:
- Create and conduct product training sessions to educate users and stakeholders regarding products and platforms.
- Product improvement identification.
- Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the regional product team.
- Product configuration and resolving bugs.
- Maintaining the stability of the product.
