Role: Research Assistant, Research and Development Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Research Fellow as the primary reporting point, Research Associate as the alternative point, Secretary and BASIS EC in performing the tasks assigned on a regular basis.
- Communicating and liaison with the relevant stakeholders, i.e., A2I, BCC, ICT Division, PMIBD, BACCO, E-CAB, ISPAB, BCS, etc., and assisting in arranging knowledge sessions.
- Working as the Focal Point for the Standing Committees assigned.
- Drafting Concept Notes, Proposals, Talking Points, Speeches and PPTs for Officer Bearers of BASIS.

Requirements:
- Masters in Economics/Statistics/International Relations/Development Studies or MBA in Finance.
- CGPA in Masters and Honours should be above 3.4 out of 4.
- Educational requirements may be relaxed in case of publication record in any international journal or 2-3 years of job experience.

Salary and Other Benefits:
- BDT 22,000- 25,000 per month (consolidated)

- Yearly salary review based on performance and 2 festival bonuses for the permanent employee after the successful completion of the probationary period.
