Name of the Position: Associate Human Resources Business Partner
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in coordination with the supervisor and assist in implementing all engagement initiatives across employees at the Commercial function.
- Coordinate with Unit heads across Commercial functions to drive the initiatives related to performance management.
- Assist to implement global strategies and HR initiatives in line with local Centre/Functional needs.
- Educate/ train respective stakeholders regarding the long-term plans by working with them to gain additional support and leverage.
