Role: Junior Executive Finance – Operational Improvements
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and Moderate in weekly cut to ship and supply chain reviews.
- Governance towards garments and RM write offs for continuous improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for value creation projects (cost optimization, productivity improvement, SWORD, etc.)
- Ensuring governance and adherence to internal control systems in the factory, preparing MIS and other reports for Management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Financial Management and part qualified in Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), CMA
- 2 - 3+ years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of cost management, financial accounting and lean concepts.
