Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on the target audience.
- Consult expert opinion to identify training opportunities and performance gaps.
- Prepare and modify content for various training modules.
- Coordinate, organize and facilitate different training programs as per need at corporate offices and other units.

- MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
- The applicants should have experience of 2 to 5 years in the following area(s): Training and Development, Training Coordination, and Training Facilitation.
