DONALD Trump has been elected the new president of the world's most powerful nation, USA. The whole world was waiting with bated breath for the result of the US elections. In the end it was Donald Trump who unexpectedly won the election race beating Democratic Party's candidate Hilary Clinton. Initially, almost everyone was expecting Hilary to win the race easily, but Trump turned the table and astonished the world. Trump attracted white voters resorting to hate campaign against Muslims and immigrants and enraged many. But at the end his trick worked well for him.
On election, the new president has vowed to work with everyone, because as we run the affairs of the state we need the support of everyone. Many believe that Trump's victory is not a good sign for the world and I hope they will prove wrong. We live in a global village and cannot get isolated. I am sure Trump will realize soon that it is better to work with everyone and build bridges of peace rather than creating a rift and unrest in the world. The world will be watching the first 100 days of the new President as morning always shows the day.
