It is good to know that wonder boy of our cricket Mustafizur has recovered and is now expected to play an away series against New Zealand. It will be a good test for Bangladeshi cricketers as the condition of New Zealand pitches is fast and bouncy and we see the subcontinent teams struggling there. The Bangladesh national team missed him sorely during the England series and his presence could have made the difference between the two sides.
Mustafizur became a sensation in international cricket and Bangladesh Cricket Board needs to handle him wisely. He is the trump card for Bangladesh and is an inspiring figure for many Bangladeshi youngsters. We see passions running high when Bangladesh plays cricket against any strong opposition at home and abroad. Through cricket, Bangladesh is gradually building a positive country image. We hope to see Mustafizur soon firing on all cylinders and blazing all his guns to his opponents.
