Habibur Rahman Prime Bank's new AMD

Habibur Rahman has been promoted to the position of Additional Managing Director (AMD) of Prime Bank. Prior to his promotion, he was Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of the bank. Mr. Rahman has been associated with the banking industry for about 33 years having gathered multi-functional experience with special focus on foreign correspondent banking relationship. He started his banking career with AB Bank in 1985. In 1986, Mr. Rahman joined central bank as assistant director. He worked there for long 20 years in the BRPD, FEPD, FEID, FEOD, DBI in different capacities. Prior to joining Prime Bank, he held the position of DGM of foreign exchange operation department. Mr. Rahman joined Prime Bank in the year 2006 as SVP and worked at MD's Secretariat, export finance, international division, ADC, retail banking, treasury, SME, ICCD & FMD. Mr. Rahman completed his B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc from DU in Thesis Group. — Statement
