The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of KDS Accessories Limited approved 5.0 per cent stock (bonus) and 10 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders at the CBC Confidence Cement Convention Centre, Chittagong Boat Club, Chattogram on Thursday, according to a statement.
Managing Director Salim Rahman, board member Kamrul Hasan FCA, Independent Director Muhammad Jamaluddin, Auditor's Representative and KDS Accessories's CEO Debasis Daspal and CFO Biplob Kanti Banik FCA were present on the occasion along with senior officials of the company. The AGM was conducted by the Company Secretary Manjure Khuda.
The other activities of the AGM were adoption of the Directors' Report and Auditors' Report together with the Audited Financials of 2017-2018, election/reelection of the directors, independent director and appointment of auditors.
