IFIC Bank Limited has arranged its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Officers’ Club located at Bailey Road in the capital.
In presence of shareholders of the bank, the meeting approved the audited financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2017 and 12 per cent stock dividend for the shareholders.
Salman F Rahman, Chairman of IFIC Bank presided over the meeting held Sunday, said a press statement.
Members of the Board of Directors, Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury, Jalal Ahmed, Rabeya Jamali and Managing Director and CEO of the bank, Shah A Sarwar were also present, among others, on the occasion.
