Grameen MF Two declares 12pc dividend

The Trustee Committee of Grameen Mutual Fund One: Scheme Two has decided to distribute 12 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.

The Trustee Committee of the mutual fund decided to distribute the said amount of dividend taking into consideration available fund from distributable reserves, said an official disclosure on Monday.

The record date is on 30 August 2018.

The Fund has reported earnings per unit (EPU) of Tk 1.31, net asset value (NAV) per unit at market price of Tk 19.33, NAV per unit at cost of Tk 11.36 and net operating cash flow per unit (NOCFPU) of Tk 1.29 for the year ended on June 30, 2018 as against Tk 1.11 (restated), Tk 19.71, Tk 11.17 and Tk 1.07 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

There will be no price limit today (Monday) on the trading of the units of Grameen Mutual Fund One: Scheme Two following its corporate declaration.

The fund, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 2008, disbursed 11 per cent cash dividend for its unit holders in 2017.

Each unit of the fund closed at Tk 16.60 on Sunday at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The sponsor-directors own 20.52 per cent stake in the fund, while the institutional investors own 60.96 per cent, foreign 1.19 per cent and the general public 17.33 per cent as on May 31, 2018, the DSE data shows.
