Chartered Life Insurance Ltd , has recently signed an agreement with AAA Finance & Investment Limited for raising fund through Initial Public Offering (IPO) at the Head Office of Chartered Life Insurance Ltd.
AAA will work as the Manager to the Issue. Mr. S M Ziaul Hoque FLMI, Chief Executive Officer (Acting) and Mr. Mohammad Obaydur Rahman FCS, FCGA Managing Director & CEO of AAA Finance and Investment Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Among other Mr.Md. Amdad Ullah, DMD, of Chartered Life Insurance Ltd; and Mr. Abdus Salam Khan, Director of AAA Finance & Investment Ltd. were also present on the occasion.
