Trading on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) will return to normal schedule of four hours tomorrow (Wednesday).

As per the new decision, trading at the bourses will begin at 10:30am and continue till 2:30pm from Wednesday instead of the previous timing of 10:00am to 1:00pm, officials said.

Earlier on March 18, the country’s two bourses cut the trading time by one hour in the wake of growing concern over the impacts of Covid-19 pandemic, which was effective from March 19.

Trading at the bourses had continued from 10:30am to 1:30pm instead of 2:30pm. Later, from June 18, it was scheduled for 10:00am to 1:00pm in line with the banking hours.
