CHATTOGRAM: Bangladesh Freight Forwarders Association (BAFFA) hosted an 'Industry-academia collaboration meeting' to discuss ways to develop skills in the logistics sector.
The meeting, held at the BAFFA office at Agrabad in the port city on Wednesday, was facilitated by USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Trade Activity and chaired by Amirul Islam Chowdhury Mijan, senior vice president of BAFFA.
Among others, Khairul Alam Suzan, vice president of BAFFA, Chief of Party Marc Shiman, Deputy Chief of Party Mashuk Al Hossain, Business Service Specialist Haider Jahan Khan, Mohammed Tanvir Imam Senior Logistics Services Specialist, AWM Anisuzzaman, Senior Communications Specialist of USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Trade Activity, Dr. MD Nayeem Abdullah, Dean of Business School, Chittagong Independent University, Dr Moslehuddin Chowdhury Khaled, Dr Sayed Manzur Quader, Dr. M M Nurul Absar and Dr Emon Kalyan Chowdhury of Chittagong Independent University took part in the discussion.
