A statement by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed the information on Thursday that he is back in the squad after recovering from a finger injury.
He will be leading the Tigers on Friday against Sri Lanka, which turned out to be the semi-final as the winners will face India in the final on Sunday.
