The University of Development Alternative has arranged a seminar on “Strategic Manpower Training and Development: Indispensable for Achieving Organisational Goal” at its auditorium in Dhanmondi area of Dhaka recently.
Professor Dr. Ahmadullah Miah, Pro-Vice Chancellor inaugurated as chief guest, said a press release.
Professor Shahjahan Ahmed Bikash, Chairperson, Faculty of Fine Arts, was present as special guest, Assistant Professor of Faculty of Business Administration, Mr. Abdullah-Hil Muntakim was main discussant in seminar, also moderated the technical session.
Mr. Muntakim discussed about The Role of Strategic Leadership in the 21st Century under Global HR Trends & Organisational Excellence in global context.
Manager of Four Points Sheraton Sheikh Siddiqe, SO of HR and Admin Division of Dhaka FM(90.4) Prasad Roy, BBA & MBA Coordinator Mostofa Kamal and Mahmudual Kabir were present as guest speakers.
Shamima Nasrin Rupa, Ismail Hossian Rahul, Sohel Rana, Riad Hossian Ripon, Lutfur Nahar Labony, Sajib Das and Jarfin Sultana also spoke among others.
Students, teachers of the university and corporate professionals were also present in the programme.
