Online contest to improve pandemic induced learning scenario

Interactive Cares is back with another fully virtual competition amidst the pandemic called "National Digital Learning Competition - Be the next E-Mentor". The pandemic has affected many areas of our life. One such severely affected area is our education. This competition aims to find out the proper digital learning method in this situation so that the learning gap in these dire times can be reduced.

The goal of this competition is to bring out the best instructors who will guide and create an intellectual and engaging pathway to smoothening the e-learning scenario. The event will take place with affiliation of 30 reputed educational institutions of Bangladesh including DU, BUET, NSU, BRAC and BUP.

The competition will have three categories -- academia, skill development, and co-curricular activities. The total number of segments will be around 30 and each segment will accommodate three winners. Total prize money of this competition is worth Tk 100,000. Along with the prize money, the participants will also obtain additional benefits such as certificates, opportunity to attend virtual boot camp conducted by e-learning pioneers, opportunity to give one-on-one e-learning service to clients, opportunity to create online learning courses along with direct job placement at Interactive Cares upon portrayal of remarkable performance.

The Financial Express of Bangladesh is an official partner of this event. Interactive Cares is a cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) based platform for e-learning, health, mental health and legal service.  They provide these services to customers through real time communication. Through their website, people can easily register and search experts for the aforementioned services. They can directly chat, voice call and video call with them. Moreover, there are virtual whiteboard, automated prescription systems for the experts. In addition, experts can easily explain things to users by touching and using the whiteboard features on the screen. They can write things there to make the session easier. Automated prescription makes service easier for the doctors and patients. There is also an open platform for asking questions where people can ask for their queries and get replies from the experts.
