Making ways for future leaders

BUP Global Affairs Council (BUPGAC), a club of BUP, was established in 2015 with a view to breaking the boundaries. This club is returning with its flagship event of Model United Nations (MUN) 2021 from today till Saturday (February 10 to 12, 2022). The MUN will consist of eight committees where delegates of different countries will deliberate on the global issues concerning the technological advancements in a post-pandemic world.
BUP International Model United Nations Conference 2021 came up with the theme ‘Fostering Economy through Technological Advancement to Tackle Post-Pandemic Catastrophe’. In the era of globalisation, fostering technological innovation and promoting sustainable technological practices are some of the most innovative and practical ways to achieve a resilient economy, especially on the post-pandemic planet. BUPIMUN 2021 Conference is the very platform which will ensure a sober, pedagogic ambiance for the delegates to brainstorm, network and discuss during the conferences so that they can hone their research skills, negotiation power and make umpteen memories and bonds that will aid them in moulding their lives. Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni will be present as the chief guest of this event.
Md Nazmul Hasan Swapan, the president of BUPGAC, said, "BUPIMUN 2021 plans on providing a unique platform to bring future leaders forward, from choosing the most enthralling agenda to determining the most effective executive board members. I hope that the delegates will engage in spirited debates and come up with productive solutions to global crises with the support of the executive board members."
BUPGAC aims at improving a student's analytical ability and insights through arranging workshops, writing competitions, leadership contests, seminars and multifarious conferences. Moreover, the club facilitates a student by encouraging them to engage with its national and international affiliated organisations. An individual can broaden his or her territory by gaining skills like management skills, communication skills, and can be proactive by learning to work in teams. The diverse set of young minds amalgamates to give birth to innovative ideas to overcome various crises.
BUP International Model United Nations is one of the highly esteemed events organised by BUP Global Affairs Council (BUPGAC), where young individuals uphold their predilection for critical reasoning, public speaking, and leadership qualities through rigorous workshops on boosting their intuitions and knowledge through networking, debating and negotiating.
